Returns and Refunds

We understand that buying secondhand electronics can sometimes come with uncertainties. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, including all accessories and original packaging. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We also offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, and you need to provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
