Thank you for shopping at tasqari.in. We want to ensure you have a smooth and satisfactory experience with our refurbished computer parts. Please read our policy carefully to understand the process for returns, refunds, and replacements.

 

1. Return Window

 

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

 

2. Conditions for Return

 

  • The product must be returned in the exact same condition as you received it, with all original parts, accessories, and packaging intact.

  • We do not offer refunds for products with a value of less than ₹2000. However, if you receive a defective or non-functional item, we will first attempt to replace it. A refund will only be issued if we are unable to provide a suitable replacement. This ensures you receive a working product regardless of the order value.

  • We kindly ask that you return the exact product that was shipped to you. We reserve the right to reject returns of any product that is not the same item originally sent by us.

 

3. Non-Refundable Charges

 

Shipping charges and any advance payments made for an order are non-refundable.

 

4. Return & Shipping Process

 

  • Customer-Initiated Return: If you decide to return a product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Item: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, it is essential that you have an uncut and unedited unboxing video. The video should clearly show the package from all sides before opening, the entire unboxing process, and the final condition of the product inside. This video is crucial for us to file a claim with our courier partner and resolve the issue. If you are unable to provide a video, we may not be able to proceed with a replacement or refund.

 

5. Refund Process

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If your return is approved and a refund is applicable, approved refunds will be credited into original method within 5-7 days
