2. Order Processing & Delivery Time

 

  • Processing: After you place an order, we take 1-2 business days to process, pack, and prepare it for dispatch.

  • Delivery Time: Once your order is shipped, you can generally expect to Delivery it within 5-7 business days.

  • Exceptional Cases: In some exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen logistical issues or remote locations, delivery may take longer, up to 15-20 days. We appreciate your patience in these rare cases.

  • Express Delivery: Currently, we offer express delivery in Delhi only.

 

3. Shipping Charges

 

Shipping charges are not fixed. They are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  • The delivery location. You will see the final shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

 

4. Order Tracking
